Color Laserjet Enterprise M553

When we print in red ink, it partially comes out in yellow.  This is a work printer and the ink gets automatically ordered when it gets low so I can't simply replace the cartridge. I've tried cleaning and the Full calibration option but it still does it. We are halfway through this ink cartridge and it has been doing it for awhile now. It looks like its pulling some of the yellow cartridge with the red so I feel like it can't be the cartridge. Toner Collection Unit (TCU) was just changed two weeks ago
