HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw

Hi Everyone - my printer is an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw. It is out of warranty but I purchased all new HP color and black print cartridges in September 2022.   In the last several weeks, the printer prints the page content and also a very faded image of the print content on the right side of the page. I have tried to clean the rollers that are visible - can anyone give me some advice on what roller is causing these unwanted images to print and how to access them and clean them. For example if I print a table - on the right side of the page the table grid also prints in a very faded way and the unwanted image is also half circle shaped. Thank you! IMG_1358.jpg

Damaged fuser roller, and there is nothing to clean to fix this.  The printer must be repaired, it's not going to be a cheap repair.

Thanks - I spent a lot of time in chat with HP yesterday - very frustrating. Printer may be out of warranty but the quantity of pages printed is low and no where close to when a fuser problem should happen.
