Microsoft Windows 11

I have an officejet pro 9025 and I have a printing problem, every page I print and on different lines the first letter on that line and/or the last letter will either not print or smudge and this happens throughout the letter, I have gone to best buy and they couldn't figure it out, they said to try HP, anybody have any suggestions?

Thank you,

Bob

Please follow the steps for fixing poor printing quality.

  • Solution one: Use genuine HP cartridges
  • Solution two: Allow automatic servicing to complete
  • Solution three: Check the paper
  • Solution four: Check the print settings
  • Solution five: Check the estimated ink levels, and then replace any depleted cartridges
  • Solution six: Print and evaluate a diagnostic page, and then troubleshoot defects
  • Solution seven: Check the image
  • Solution eight: Replace the printhead
  • Solution nine: Service the printer

Please find the detailed troubleshooting in this link:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04089796
