Printing magenta haze and cyan not printing

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJEt 6968
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I need help with my hp officejet 6968 printer. It prints with a magenta haze as well as prints all documents in pink. When I print a ink quality page it does not print cyan color. There are new cartridges in. I've cleaned the printhead 3 times. I've done a smear clean. I have done a hard reset where I unplug the printer, plus remove all cartridges. When I make a copy, it won't print any blue or green. When I print with command from computer, it prints in magenta as well as a magenta haze. Any help will be much appreciated 🙂 I'm not very tech savvy

Hi @BONOBO_13,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
