Help! My printer has all brand new cartridges, which were sent to me through my HP Instant Ink. It is still printing pink where the color should be blue. It is happening not just on prints, but on copies as well. Techn support hasn't been able to help since my printer is "out of warranty", but it's not THAT old. Has anyone had this happen? And what did you do to fix it? Support tells me I need to buy a new printer, but that's the last thing I want to do right now, when the color is the only thing wrong with it.
