Product: Pro 6970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is less than 3 yrs old and it has started having problems prginting in colour. Have cleaned, aligned etc and etc.  Contacted HP virtual assistant who said my instant ink cartridges were faulty. Replacements arrived a month later. The problem is still there.  Blues come out pinks, greens come out yellow and photos are orange. Went on virtual assistant yesterday, re installed drivers. Have been told problem with the cartridges and new ones on the way. The ones I have only arrived a couple of days ago, sent by HP.  At my wits end. Any ideas please?
