It appears that this problem occurs on every 3rd line of print. Ran diagnostics, cleaned the print heads, changed both black & color ink cartridges, and redid a print alignment.  Problem still exists.

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues

 

If the issue persists after replacing the ink cartridges, I'm afraid the issue is with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
