Printing with lines across image

Recently for whatever reason, my photos are printing lines across the image.

I have renewed both colour and black cartridges, tried using plain paper and still same.

HP software up todate with Windows 11 64bit.

Any clues of the cause of the problem ?

Sorry for the delay in response to my problem.

I uninstalled drivers and anything associated with the printer including Smart.

Restarted the PC and reinstalled everything from HP for the printer and Smart.

It appears to be all correct when using Smart for printing photos where previously I used Google format.

But printing in colour or greyscale, everything appears ok with Smart, but printing in monochrome with Smart, the lines are still there.

I’ve cleaned the underside of the ink pots/heads with no improvement in monochrome
