Printing with streaks, already cleaned printhead

This printer is a half year old and has been having issues from the get go. Every color print job is streaked with white lines. I've gone through all the troubleshooting and cleaned the printheads several times. The color test patterns still come out streaked with white and grey. I downloaded the hp print and scan doctor which says the issue is that my ink is depleted even though they are all full. 

What's next?

In  warranty? If yes get it replaced.
