Hi @Karyn74,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2755e is printing blank pages even after replacing the ink cartridges, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check Cartridge Installation: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed. Remove them and reinstall them, ensuring they click into place securely.
  • Remove Protective Tapes: Ensure that any protective tape on the new cartridges has been removed. Sometimes, there are small pieces of tape covering the print head.
  • Run the Printer's Self-Test: Many printers have a self-test or diagnostic feature. Check your printer’s manual for instructions on how to perform this test.
  • Clean Printhead: Use the printer's built-in cleaning utility. You can typically find this option in the printer settings on your computer or through the HP Smart app.
  • Check Ink Levels: Even with new cartridges, check the ink levels to ensure they are detected correctly.
  • Update Drivers: Ensure your printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website.
  • Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Check for Software Conflicts: Make sure there aren’t any software issues on your computer that could affect printing.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
