Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently purchased a toner Cartridge tri color + black set from amazon for my HP LaserJet pro mfc m476nw.

The first print demo/test was fine but now a month later there is extra toner to the sides of the print and down the middle.

 

I have ran the cleaning step many times and this has not fixed the issue.

 

The extra toner on the paper will be either color or black based on what is being used color/black

 

I am thinking it is the Cartridges that I purchased and not the printer itself as it has been a very good printer to date.
