Hi @RoRO33,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Printing blank pages can be caused by several factors. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to fix this issue.

Check Ink or Toner Levels:

  • Ensure that your ink or toner cartridges have sufficient ink or toner to print. Replace any cartridges that are low or empty.

Run Print Quality Diagnostic:

  • Most HP printers have a built-in diagnostic tool that can help identify and resolve print quality issues. Look for this option in your printer's menu or through the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.

Clean Printheads (if applicable):

  • If your printer has printheads that can be removed (such as in some OfficeJet or DeskJet models), follow the printer's manual or on-screen instructions to clean the printheads.

Align Print Heads (if applicable):

  • Some printers require alignment to ensure proper ink placement on the page. This can often be done through the printer's control panel or software.

Check Paper and Print Settings:

  • Ensure that you are using the correct type and size of paper that your printer supports. Also, verify that the print settings (such as paper size, orientation, and quality settings) are correct in the print dialog box on your computer.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve printing issues.

Restart Printer and Computer:

  • Sometimes a simple restart of both the printer and your computer can resolve communication issues between the devices.

Check for Driver Updates:

  • Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Outdated drivers can cause printing problems.

Inspect for Hardware Issues:

  • If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there may be a hardware problem with the printer itself.

Following these steps should help you identify and fix the issue of your HP printer printing blank pages.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
