Product: HP ENVY Photo 6234 All-in-One Printer

Hello all, I am getting a printer message, printer offline.  Have checked my virgin working ok.  It prints sometimes but it comes out dead slow and the print is grey on the background,  with the words in black.  Have restarted my Android samsung s22 3 times, turned the printer off 3 times, sometimes it prints 2 in total mostly says printer offline.  No message on the printer itself.   In Wi-Fi swtting on my Samsung s22 its asking for a password, i have tried the wifi password virgin and my hp password, still says Incorrect Password.  Cant understand how it starts to print all be it slow and in grey then says printer offline as well  Can you help please,   NOW I get a message saying my password is Incorrect,   getting a bit frustrated, [IS IT  my Wifi password or my Hp its asking for??  As I've tried both, Also, Its saying in Bluetooth I need an app, got Hp Smart and The Plug in, thanks, Gepuk2001

Hello, tried my Router password,  no luck.  Tried the reset, and wizard as well.  Looks like a new printer

Also, my Wife's new fold samsung printing has stopped on her mobile, think HP has done something to get people to purchase a new printer, lol
