HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy 6230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Every single print is coming out with black smudges down one edge, which is quite thick with ink going through to the other side of the page.

Both cartridges have been changed, clean cartridges function has been completed multiple times and clean page smears has also been carried out.

Is there anything that needs taking out and cleaning manually?
