Bonjour,

 

J'ai un problème je viens de changer les cartouches d'encre avec des cartouches officielles HP 303 numéro correspondant à l'imprimante et il y a un message de "Validation en cours". J'ai attendu, j'ai débranché, rebranché, j'ai remis les anciennes cartouches, remis les neuves, nettoyé mais rien rien n'y fait ce message continu d'être là et je ne peux pas imprimer ! Comment faire ?
