I have an Instant Ink plan and my printer said I was out of ink. I installed recently received cartridges. I noticed that for the first time I did not receive the usual XL cartridges but smaller ones. Since installing these, when I print there are black ink marks and lines on the back of all my prints. I am printing on a4 matte white card as I usually do and have never had problems before. I have cleaned smudges following instructions on the printer but do not know what to do now. Can you help?

@LynneCF, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Check if there is an Instant Ink label on the ink cartridge you received from HP. If yes, you need not worry. Print on regular paper and check if the issue persists.
