Can anyone please help me with the following problem... Lately I have been receiving emails from EMEA saying that they cannot deliver my ink and it is being returned to them. They say to check my address etc.. But everything on my end is the same as always no change in address or phone number or email. I am home all day to receive post /packages so I am completely perplexed why they are not delivering my ink. I have tried to contact them but get no response and I am almost out of black ink. I am on a 700 page plan, my account is paid up to date. I
