@Sat1102, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to deal with this persistent error. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Ink Cartridges: Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges. Ensure they are properly seated and there is no debris or ink residue on the contacts.
  2. Clean Printhead: If your printer has a removable printhead, take it out and clean it gently with a lint-free cloth and distilled water.
  3. Update Printer Firmware: Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve such issues. Check HP's website for any available updates for your printer model.
  4. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. This utility can diagnose and fix many common printer issues.
  5. Reset Printer: Perform a hard reset by disconnecting the power cord from the printer and wall outlet, waiting for a few minutes, and then reconnecting it directly to the wall outlet (not a surge protector).
