I have changed the toner before, but now I am not able to access the opening to remove the old toner and replace with the new toner

I do not have problems with print quality.  

I cannot open the printer to access the toner

Turn off the printer and unplug the power cable.
Then watch this video, starting at 0:28. >>> Loading Toner in HP LaserJet or LaserJet Pro Printers 
What exactly is not working?
Is the flap not unlocked by pressing this button?
Even if the button is pressed and at the same time the flap is pulled forward with the hand (with the fingers)?
