Product: HP 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Lots of problems printing envelopes after October 2021 windows update! Finally got them printing again, after MS tried to get me to save rather than print them! Then I kept getting mismatched paper error messages. Now they are finally printing again - but the font is all fuzzed out and not readable!

Hi,

What exact envelop size are you trying to print?

From your description I would assume the paper settings may incorrect for your print job, or the driver settings may changed

I found a driver to dl and it fixed it at least for now. Thanks.
