Is anyone else having problems with the Instant Ink programme? The virtual assistant tells me their offices are closed, no matter when I try to contact them about a replacement cartridge, and when I try to use their WhatsApp link, it takes days for them to reply. It’s almost as if they want the income stream, but don’t want to have to deal with customer service issues.

Thanks for you post, I'm sure what you said would have worked, but I someone at HP Support finally got back to me about it, and it seems to have solved the problem. The virtual assistant does need some work done on it though.
