Apologies for jumping in unannounced.

@Shorts586

Our Community has no direct connection (and no influence) on the HP Store.

If you purchased the ink from the HP Store,

If the ink is in the original packaging,

If you have your receipt,

I would guess you can get a refund from the Store.

At the least, do contact the store and plead your case.

What else?

@Echo_Lakeis certainly correct (and knows the extent to which we can assist) - the option remaining would be to contact HP Support - of course, Support is also not the HP Store but might be able to offer other assistance.

Finally...

We sympathize - our volunteer Community is simply not in a position to issue refunds or intervene with store policy.

Thank you for participating in our HP Community.

We are a world community of volunteers dedicated to supporting HP technology
