Not sure is anyone has run into this.  We purchased a printer las week via the HP web site and we were guided through the purchase process by an on line agent.  I asked several times if the new HP printer come with the necessary ink cartridges. I was told several times YES, the printer will come with ink.  So to be safe we ordered, what we thought was an extra set of ink.  When the new printer was delivered it only came with one set of ink, very disappointed that we were not told the truth by the on line agent.

It sounds like you had an unpleasant experience with the purchase of your printer, especially given the miscommunication regarding the ink cartridges. We will surely look into this.
