I moved to France from the U.S. and brought my HP LaserJet printer with me. I purchased new HP toner cartridges in France and they do not work. I get an error code stating that the cartridges are incompatible. Appears to be a region setting mismatch between the printer and cartridges. How can I set my LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw to a region that will allow for printer cartridges from France?

Hello @NotSure500 , how are you ?
In this case, since you brought the equipment from one country to another, you need to go through the regionalization process of the equipment.
In this process, you need to contact the country of origin and communicate the change there. This will apply the update and you will be able to use the cartridges from the current location.
Best regards
