Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I've replaced my ink and ran many diagnostics and alignment, but the colors will not print properly. It only prints in pink, black and yellow. Any suggestions? I also clean the contacts of the ink cartridges. Any possible fix or is it a time for a new printer? I bought this printer in 2018.
