Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 e-All-In-One printer

Hello, I bought my Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 e-All-In-One printer in the Middle East a few years ago and used to use Ink Advantage 650 cartridges for it and they used to work fine.

Now I am in Canada and need help to: 

1) Reset my printer's region to Canada, can HP help with this please,

2) The HP website says that in North America the cartridge that works with my printer is 670 however I cannot find it anywhere in Canada (and 650 is not available either). Please can you advise which cartridges would work with this printer?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link
