Hello, 

I am confused why I am paying $7.41  a month but haven't received any ink lately. Can you help? We need colored ink. (yellow specifically) 
 
When I log in it shows my printer by my name but when I click on plans it shows no plan. When I click "my printers" it shows zero printers. 
 
Any help would be appreciated.
