I also had a 6 month free instant ink offer with my printer, but when I attempted to claim it, all I am being presented with is a "$10 credit", which does me nothing. How can I get the offer that is being provided with my printer? Based on all of the other responses in this thread, it appears to be a common issue

I was able to resolve the issue, today when I opened the HP smart app for my printer it prompted me to resume set up and allowed me to claim the six-month offer automatically.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
