Mine too! My printer won't work and it keeps telling me I have a paper Jam when I dont.  When I looked inside all the brand new colored inks leaked in a big pile inside the printer.

Hello,

Did you ever get your printer fixed or replaced by HP? I didnt know about the recall and ordered Ink on Amazon recently and it broke my printer!! Not knowing it was their ink I bought another HP printer that takes the same it. Now im not sure what to do!

Unfortunately I have not been able to resolve the HP 902 ink dilemma.  I have had the three empty color cartridges installed and only use the black ink until I feel safe purchasing HP's 902 ink again.  Many Staples stores do have the HP 902 ink in stock but I get different answers from each store as to which cartridges are defective.  I'm not confident anyone knows what to say anymore.

I’m done with HP!  I’m returning the new HP printer I just bought and I will replace it with a different Brand. Now I’m reading there’s a problem with the Adobe Flash!

HP did not do anything about my printer.  No replacement, no repair, no offer for a discount or replacement.  I will not be purchasing another HP printer again.
