Re: Cartridge error

I've read through a few of these posts and it seems like I'm having the same issue. Installed brand new cartridges in my HP Envy Photo 7855 and continue receiving "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed." This message indicates there is only an issue with the black cartridge (I'm assuming since there's a black dot). Tried the q-tip cleaning, other cartridges, reboot, etc. with no success. Is this a bad batch of cartridges? What else is there to do to remedy this issue? I have my HP account information on hand if a PM is the next step.
