Hello HP support,

 

I just got a Tango X and signed up for Instant Ink 300-page plan in Canada through the HP Smart app. I want to make sure my first two months are free. I tried looking at My Account (including the Account History section) but nowhere do I see that the trial period has been applied. Could you let me know if it has, please?

 

Also, I haven't received my first two cartridges yet but I am using the ones I got with the printer. Am I supposed to be using the cartridges that came with the printer until they run out (with no limit on how much I print) before Instant Ink is activated? I'm a bit confused and your explanation videos are broken.
