Hello there,

I am having the same problem . I bought 2 packs of 2 Hp cartridges and both are rejected! The printer says cartridge not compatible! It costs me £60 and cannot use my printer!

Please tell me what I am supposed to do to fix this problem.

I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

Kind regards

Emma

@Emma201411  Please read this post and then provide some details.  What printer model?  What exactly are any error messages on the printer or computer screen?

Hello Bob,

Thank you for your reply and sorry for my late response.

My printer model is:

Connection is Bluetooth but now I cannot even connect to internet.

The message was "non compatible ink cartridge".

İt just stresses me out as I cannot use it!

Thank you for your time and giving me directions on what to do.

Regards,

What printer model (not the serial number)?  The product number is likely printed on the front of the printer.  What are the cartridges you are using (I ask because based on the prices of cartridges you mentioned I would expect you do not have an Officejet 8210 and/or are not using 952 XL cartridges....).
