@Ericatastic78, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Region reset does apply on HP Laserjet printers. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Hey Kumar,

I contacted HP support and they tell me they cant reregionalize printers anymore.  Then they tried to sell me a new printer.  Is there anyway I can try to do it reading through a manual?  This printer is quiet new so I dont want to just throw it out.

I understand your concern. However, there is no options/procedure available to perform a region reset on a Laserjet printer. If you had an Inkjet printer, I'd have definitely helped you out. There are no manuals for a region reset. The ink toners used on a laserjet is completely different from the ink cartridges used in an inkjet printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
