Hi I’m experiencing the same issues ink cartridge error message I’ve cleaned cartridges rest printer and all sorts I have a instant ink subscription also. Can someone please help me

Still awaiting support think it’s ridiculous that I am unable to get phone support or any support will not be buying hip products again!
