HP Recommended

Same problem with an HP Officejet 6962. My office supply company sent me a refilled hp cartridge and then replaced that with an OEM cartridge but now I makes a noise like its printing but the paper comes out blank. It says its connected to the computer and I can scan things but when I hit print it cycles and cycles. When I copy something it comes out blank also after making noise like it is printing.
