Thank you for your reply.  This did not work.  Apparently, this problem is not just mine.  I have noticed a LOT of other people having trouble with HP printers not printing.  HP needs to seriously look into this issue because there are a ton of complaints online about this issue--either not printing or not printing color.  Since this issue has to deal with printing and the product is a printer...well, something needs to be done on HP's part like give us credit if we have to purchase another printer.  This is unacceptable.   I can not get yellow, cyan or magenta to work and I've tried cleaning the printheads, getting new ink, joining HPInstantInk (because of this problem) and then discontinuing HP InstantInk.  I'm very disappointed!
