Does anyone know what is going on with the 910 in cartridges?  I understand that HP has recalled the blue and maybe the black cartridges but it has been some time since the recall and I can't find anything from HP about when they will be available again.   I the meantime I can't print in color.  Does anyone know what's going on?

Sorry I don't know when ink will be back at retailers, but I'm dealing with this issue to and it is beyond irritating. I heard it effects cyan and yellow and the cartridges and can actually harm the printer. I think I might do more harm to my  printer though. I'm getting ready to drop kick the thing and get another brand if HP doesn't act soon. So absurd that they offer no explanation. I only know what staples told me.I think if you call HP  they have a way of finding ink for you, but I'm not certain about that.

@TCope518, @Kevinsd, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Apologies for the inconvenience. Yes, there is an issue with the new lot of HP 902-905 Cyan/Yellow Cyan and Yellow ink cartridges and they were recalled. If the Cartridge was manufactured in Malaysia and the Warranty End Date is between April 1st, 2022 and September 18th, 2022, please do not use this ink cartridge.

Reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the ink cartridge or to check its availability.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

I just bought the HP Pro 8035e all in one printer on 11/23/2020.  Is there a recall on the 910 ink cartridges and that it could damage the printer if using this ink?  PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW ASAP AS THIS IS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT!

Thank you

I was having difficulty locating 910 cartridges for my printer as well. The HP website is not super user-friendly, but I was finally able to create a case number and call the number given to talk to a real person. I had to wait on hold for a long time, but she was able to order me ink cartridges right over the phone.  This whole process is absurd, but I'm happy I should be receiving ink! I need my printer while I'm working from home.

Did HP actually give you a delivery date it simply place an order fir when their new supply was due in?

The estimated delivery date is tomorrow, 12/3/20, but I haven't received a tracking number.  I'm not losing hope...yet. However, this whole process/situation is a debacle!

I found out that the HP 910 XL blue and yellow ink was recalled in October, 2020.  Is HP offering ( us ) consumers  discounts to continue using their Printers or should be  purchase another one.   Office Depot, Staples and Best Buy was unable to  provide a remedy and does not know when HP will provide a resolution.  In addition to the shortage of ink cartridges (blue, yellow/Cyan)  the Office Jet Pro 8025 seems defective as it uses a lot of ink or the cartridges have been half (1/2) full.  Has anyone else notice this problem?  I have been purchasing HP 910 XL and black, blue and yellow runs out extremely fast.

You might want to return it and purchase a different brand.
