I purchased HP61XL black and HP61 color cartridges online in February 2024 for my HP Officejet 4630 printer. They are defective. I put in two other cartridges that worked perfectly. I tried to contact Customer Support, but the serial numbers on my printer are not recognized, so I can't reach Support online. I checked the numbers multiple times. Upon calling Customer Support, I was told I had purchased them too long ago. I was never given any notice that there was a time limit on the purchases. I was fobbed off to another number, and the AI wanted the serial numbers that of course weren't recognized.  So I got nowhere. I don't expect a refund. I wanted credit for the two cartridges, so I could get two other cartridges. If anyone has had a similar experience, I'd appreciate knowing what satisfaction they've received on this issue. Thanks.

I can get nowhere with Support because it continually tells me my serial number does not match any product. I have verified and reverified the Serial Number on the back of the printer. THAT is the serial number of my printer. I don't have another serial number. I am tired of the run-around.  It appears that I will have to eat the cost of the two cartridges I purchased online. I will buy my ink from a local vendor from now on because I don't trust HP.com.
