I can’t seem to get ahold of a live person, and virtual assistant can’t seem to help so hopefully someone here can. I bought a brand new pack of ink, and the color one will not work. I’ve tried every “fix” it said. Since the ink was under warranty, they sent me a replacement but instead of sending color ink they sent me black. Now I cannot request a new replacement and can’t get ahold of a real person to help. Any suggestions or does anyone have a phone number to get ahold of someone?

- May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
