Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw.  I recently bought ALL new cartridges FROM HP so I would get good ones.  The quality wasn't as good as the ones they replaced.  As time went by (3 months) the colors got weaker, now at the point that it only prints in black and white.  Even copying is black only, so I don't think it's a software problem.  I'd hate to think HP sold me 3 crappy color cartridges, but otherwise I can't explain it.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

NEW INFO...I went to print the Cartridge status and the DEMO page, Perfect colors !  But nothing from printing a doc or copying.
