HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

I have a HP3755 printer, bought in the US. It uses the HP65 cartridge(s). I am in the islands and I can find the HP304 cartridge, but they will not work unless I change the printer region, (as I understand to be the case) I have been told to contact HP Support and they will get back to me with the proper codes to re-register my printer so it accepts the European cartridge. 

 

I need to know where to contact or an email for support. I have searched and cannot get past HP Smart for a real person, other than here maybe. 

Can someone advise an email address or instructions on how to change printer region to accept the 304 cartridge?

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

If you move to a different country we need to perform a regional reset in order to make the printer work in the new region. I will surely help you with the Regional reset.

 

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.

2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.

3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.

4. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.
