Product: HP Officejet Pro 8100 ePrinter - N811a/N811d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A couple of days ago my printer stopped printing red and yellow.   Drivers are updated as per HP.   I have cleaned the printer heads 3 times.   Aligned.   Ink levels check out fine.  Turned off computer and printer.   Turned them back on.   Still no red or yellow.   Color tests show 3 intensities of blue,  magenta, a lime green and black.    Please help with ideas.  And thank you
