I purchase my ink cartridge from hp.....recently purchased my 910xp ink (all colors and black). two weeks ago I replaced all the colors and all my prints now come out red. Papter and Photo. This ink is not cheap. I paid the money for good ink....I seem to have gotten bad ink. All my levels seem to be good. The are near full. How do I get a credit for the bad ink?
