HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have had this printer for 3 months now and it consistently does not work. I am well within warranty and would like my printer replaced or my money given back. It is always offline and prints when it wants to. I have had HP products for over 10 years and this is my 3rd HP printer and easily the worst. I subscribe to ink supplies and can never use my ink. Please resolve this asap as I cannot use this for my work and need a printer that works

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

Restore factory defaults using a DeskJet or ENVY printer control panel.

Open the cartridge access door.

On the control panel, press and hold the Power and Wireless buttons for at least 3 seconds.

After about 20 seconds, close the cartridge access door.

 

Update firmware. Click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, I recommend you contact phone support for more options.
