Hi we moved from Europe to NZ over a year ago with our DeskJet 3630 printer. I managed to have enough Ink to last for the 8 months and have run out specifically of the black ink cartridge (302). Ive found the compatible Cartridge (63) but the printer doesn't recognise it. I understand I need to change the printer region for it to be able to use the ink(63) cartridge. If I do this will this then render the tricolour cartridges (302) from Europe useless? How can I use both from both regions as cartridges aren't that cheap here. Appreciate the help and advice on what to do before changing the regions on the printer.

Hi @OHLZEE,

I'd like to help!

I understand you moved and would like to use cartridges from both regions.

You will not be able to use two cartridges from different regions.

You can print with only the color cartridge till you run out and then reset the printer to the new region.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
