Hi there,

 

I'm unable to get 954 cartridges for my OfficeJet 8710,  and was referred to purchase a set of 952 which I did. I have a brand new set and when I installed, received the message that they are incompatible. The printer was bought in Jamaica and the new 952 cartridges purchased in the USA.

 

After reading through the many community messages, please help to change the region of the printer.

HP 952 cartridges are for HP 8710 in The United States and Canada You have to use HP 954 for same printer but in Latin America countries. You have to reset your printer if you wish. Please use the following Guide:
