Hello..
this is my 3rd message.. please help me out.. Please message me ASAP..
HP 680 cartridge instead of the HP 652 on my printer HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3835 We would like to use the HP 680 cartridge as the HP 652 cartridge is unavailable.in India, We bought the printer in Dubai but were now back in India. Also when I contacted your support center, they suggested HP 652 is not available in India we have to buy HP 680,
Now when I have an ink HP 680 cartridge, it says the ink cartridge is incompatible. (incompatible cartridge) Please help me to resolve the issue. Thanks and regards,

I'd like to help!
I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
