Hi!
I bought a used HP DeskJet 3720 in Europe that was originally bought in China. It is asking for cartridges of type 65, but I bought cartridges of type 304 in Europe because they say that the DeskJet 3720 is compatible. Apparently it isn't, so I would like to change the Region Code of my printer from Asia to Western Europe. I am kindly asking for assistance.
With kind regards,
Michael

Hi @MichaelB84,
I'd like to help!
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
