To regionalize the printer within the country, you need to contact the HP company where it originated.
By selecting the location, the procedure is completed and you can use it within the country.

Hello. Thank you for your response. I bought it in the US, but can't find any support phone numbers or any other way to contact them directly. Could you please share some more detail on what you are suggesting?
