Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

Hi! I moved back to the US from Germany and need to regionally reset my OfficeJet 3830. I have the cable, the software is downloaded and I have the ink for this region. I also have the ink for the old region. I have not been able to access the regionalization screen that I was told I should be able to. The instructions have not been clear or accurate. I need to know the steps to regionalize this printer back to the US.

 

Purchased - US

Regionalized it to Germany when we moved there

Need to regionalize it back to the US now that we are back in the states.

 

What codes do I need? What are the steps? I really need this done and the response from HP has been quite slow.

I am still in need of help regionalizing my printer. I am running macOS and have the cable, downloaded software and have the old and new ink cartridges. I am military so I went overseas to Germany and regionalized my printer to that area. I am now stationed in the US again and need use of my printer. Please help!
